Chakra Yoga, Chanting & Meditation
A regular yoga practice invites us to perceive many different aspects of ourself. This 8-hour intensive encompasses:
- introduction to the subtle energy/prana essence of the chakra system and its impact on day to day life, core beliefs and habits;
- practice yoga poses to open each of the 7 corresponding energy centres;
- a number of Bija chants to balance the chakra system;
- the use of hand mudras in mindfulness meditation.
The Chakra Yoga, Chanting & Meditation workshop can be hosted in yoga studios and wellness centres.
