Chakra Yoga & Savasana Soundscape

The first segment of this 2.5-hour yoga class balances the subtle energies of each chakra in the body.

The next hour focuses on soundwork. Stephanie uses an assortment of world instruments and her voice to chant over people who are fully relaxed in prop-supported savasana or in seated meditation pose.

The class concludes with a silent mudra meditation and closing circle.

The Chakra Yoga & Savasana Soundscape class can be hosted in yoga studios and wellness centres.
